I Am Not Stupid!

Kevin likes to go shopping. One day he goes to a shop to buy some new clothes. He asks for some trousers and puts them on. but then he takes them off and gives them back to the shopkeeper and says, “No. give me a coat." The woman gives him a coat and says, “This one costs the same as the trousers." Kevin takes the coat and walks out of the shop with it. The shopkeeper runs after him and says, “You have not paid for the coat."

“But I gave you the trousers for the coat; they cost the same as the coat, didn’t they?”

“Yes, but you didn't pay for the trousers either.”

“Of course, I didn't! I did not take them. I am not stupid. Nobody gives things back and then pays for them.”
