You need to create a video clip based on the theme "Sing & Learn Chinese". It can be a video of you singing a Chinese song or sharing a story about how you learned Chinese through singing. You can sing on your own or put together an "ensemble cast" for a group performance. You can sing Chinese song or use Chinese to sing a song from your homeland or anywhere else.

问题三：怎么参赛？How to participate?

注册成为抖音用户，自11月13日（北京时间）起，通过抖音账号发布视频并带话题“#唱歌学中文”。具体操作指南，点击文末“阅读原文”了解详细步骤。

Register and become a Douyin user. Starting from Nov.13 (Beijing Time), post your video clip on your Douyin account with the hashtag "#唱歌学中文". For step-by-step instruction, click "Read more" at the bottom for details.

问题四：参赛视频要求Video Requirements

>>>> 时长：不超过5分钟，最短15秒钟

>>>> 分辨率：720x1280像素或1080x1920像素

>>>> 文件大小：1GB以内（如视频过大请用相关软件进行转码、压缩处理）

>>>> 格式：使用MP4或其他主流视频格式文件

>>>> Duration: No longer than 5mins, no shorter than 15 secs

>>>> Resolution: 720x1280P or 1080x1920P

>>>> File size: No larger than 1GB (for oversized videos, please convert or compress them via applicable software)

>>>> Format: .MP4 or other mainstream video formats
